A 12-month traineeship, with a monthly allowance, under the PROTÉGÉ Ready to Work programme, with hands-on training at our Bajau, Saratok project site and at our Kuching headquarters. 20 places across three positions.

Project Engineer

Join our Kuching team to monitor project progress, keep timelines on track and coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants to deliver our projects smoothly.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in construction projects
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor project progress and ensure all documentation complies with relevant standards and regulations
  • Ensure project timelines and schedules are met
  • Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors and consultants to ensure smooth project execution
